In the ut2 program window i have weekly traffic density set to 100 and enabled.. same for daily traffic density In fsx i have the sliders at 60 and 30 for Airlines and GA respectively. I had to manually copy the bgl files and aircraft folders from my other PC (Win XP) and put them where they belong (x64).

This thread deals with adding new and replacing default textures and models in Ultimate Traffic. Open up the UT2 control panel go to the traffic options > Aircraft repaints page and choose a UT2 aircraft and match it with a FSX aircraft and paint variant. It's all the in the manual
